Refund policy

If Picket isn’t right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of buying it. No questions asked.

During the beta

The beta is free, so there’s nothing to refund. Try it for as long as it runs before deciding whether to buy.

After you buy

• Email feedback@jerondev.com within 14 days of your purchase, with the email address you bought it with or your order number.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
• Your license key stops working once the refund is issued.

After 14 days, refunds are at my discretion, for example if Picket stops working on your Mac and I can’t fix it. This policy doesn’t affect your rights under the consumer laws where you live.
